a) Build Now connects customers with service providers of all types (individually, a “Service Provider” or “SP”). We assist customers in discovering and selecting SPs based on characteristics that matter most to them.
b) Build Now acts as an intermediary and facilitates the project’s execution as per the agreement signed between the customer and the SP. Once the contract is executed between the customer and the SP, and a copy is submitted to Build Now, our team will assist in tracking the progress and development of the project through various phases.
c) Building materials are supplied exclusively to registered businesses (B2B) through Build Now’s material supply team.
d) Individual customers (B2C) or end consumers are not eligible to purchase construction materials from Build Now.
e) The Supply Chain Management (SCM) team will follow pre-defined timelines for executing orders in each material category.
f) Invoices for materials will be raised directly by Build Now to the respective business within 48 hours of delivery.
g) Build Now may share customer leads with developers or businesses (e.g., for plot-to-plot development) in exchange for a fixed commission fee. Build Now is not involved in negotiating land or property prices between the customer and the developer.
h) Build Now may also provide digital promotion services for its client partners for a fixed fee. Build Now will not engage in or influence any negotiation regarding the price of the property.
i) Package rates for construction and related services are subject to variation based on:
The built-up area of the project
The number of floors
Additional conditions may apply depending on the project scope.
Build Now does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or performance of independent SPs. Responsibility lies with the SPs as per their agreement with the customer.
Build Now’s role is limited to facilitation, monitoring, and supply chain assistance.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [India/Uttar Pradesh].
All content, branding, designs, logos, graphics, and information on this website are the property of Build Now unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Build Now.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Lucknow, India].
