Role of Build Now<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cb5292 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9cb5292\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"771\">a) Build Now connects customers with service providers of all types (individually, a &#8220;Service Provider&#8221; or &#8220;SP&#8221;). We assist customers in discovering and selecting SPs based on characteristics that matter most to them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1118\">b) Build Now acts as an <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"813\">intermediary<\/strong> and facilitates the project\u2019s execution as per the agreement signed between the customer and the SP. Once the contract is executed between the customer and the SP, and a copy is submitted to Build Now, our team will assist in tracking the progress and development of the project through various phases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04d9a54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04d9a54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Building Material Supply<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afe70c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"afe70c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1284\">c) Building materials are supplied <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1240\">exclusively to registered businesses (B2B)<\/strong> through Build Now\u2019s material supply team.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1406\">d) <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1319\">Individual customers (B2C)<\/strong> or end consumers are not eligible to purchase construction materials from Build Now.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1537\">e) The <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1453\">Supply Chain Management (SCM) team<\/strong> will follow pre-defined timelines for executing orders in each material category.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1663\">f) Invoices for materials will be raised directly by Build Now to the respective business within <strong data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1660\">48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-237d7ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"237d7ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Lead Generation &amp; Commissions<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfd751b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfd751b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"1968\">g) Build Now may share customer leads with developers or businesses (e.g., for plot-to-plot development) in exchange for a <strong data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1856\">fixed commission fee<\/strong>. Build Now is <strong data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1902\">not involved in negotiating<\/strong> land or property prices between the customer and the developer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2172\">h) Build Now may also provide <strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2030\">digital promotion services<\/strong> for its client partners for a <strong data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2074\">fixed fee<\/strong>. Build Now will not engage in or influence any negotiation regarding the price of the property.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92c4264 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"92c4264\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Package Pricing<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfdc628 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfdc628\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2299\">i) Package rates for construction and related services are <strong data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2287\">subject to variation<\/strong> based on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2435\">\n<li data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2340\">\n<p data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2340\">The <strong data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2323\">built-up area<\/strong> of the project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2435\">\n<p data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2435\">The <strong data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2367\">number of floors<\/strong><br data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2370\" \/>Additional conditions may apply depending on the project scope.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21fa67d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"21fa67d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.
